Got a GIANT screw in my tire today. I called up and they were able to provide a suitable replacement to my tires. Got dropped off at the shop and they helped me change both tires (no pressure, was my idea to change both) . Absolutely incredible service. I said thank you a thousand times there, here's another one - Thank you for saving my weekend!
Didn't fix my bike, but charged me a fortune anyway. I took my bike in to get the derailleur fixed and they did a general tune-up (and took 2 weeks to do it), but when I got the bike back, the derailleur still had the same problem, and the brakes had been adjusted to constantly scrape my tires when riding. Waste of money! I've no idea what they're like for purchasing, but their service stinks.
Sometime go here as it's closer .and they can do quick repairs.hours are good.but I prefer Ziggy's product range and customer service.
The employees at this bike shop just keep on impressing me with their service and product knowledge. When I needed a new saddle for my bike, they made sure I ended up with the right one. When I was shopping for another bike, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. When I bought a smart bike trainer, they set it up with my bike at the store. So when I got home, I plugged it in and was good to go. Overall, amazing customer service!
I bought my first road bike at McPhail's a week ago and was very pleased with the service and overall experience. I'm new to bikes and Jordan, Ryan and Connor gave me a thorough (but not overally exhausting!) education on what type of set up would be best for my riding needs. In the end it was an easy decision to buy from this shop.
Good people, went there for a flat tire and they fixed it quickly, cheaply and lubed my chain in the process.
Great customer service for both bike and hockey equipment. I was helped by Mitch (I think). He was very helpful. I'll be back in spring for a tune up.
I brought my bike in to get the bottom bracket replaced. When I didn't hear back from them after a week I dropped by and asked them how its going and they told me they didn't have my bike. I argued with them and told them I brought my bike in for a bb replacement. The ended up finding it in a corner in their basement. They apologized and said they had lost it. !!!
After getting it back, I noticed my headset was loose and the bottom bracket was not installed properly. I brought it back and they almost made me pay for a second repair job on their own mistake. Not going back there ever again.
