  Absolutely outstanding service! prompt response, immediately available and very reasonable with pricing .
  We have decided to have an electronic deadbolt installed on our front entrance door, and also had a new doorknob installed on the back door we live in Toronto Ontario, the locksmith arrival was on time as scheduled . The price was fair including the lock .  For the first time since I can remember our front door lock , the lock is finally sliding into the door like butter - something that had been done even a while ago .Much appreciate your great service and for taking care of the adjustments of the new lock . I would highly Recommend Matrix Locksmith for their lock change service  .

  I wanted to thank you for coming out on Labor Day 2020 to help me with my BMW 128i key fob not working. Your knowledge quickly confirmed that the fob was dead and needed replacing.
  
  As I bought this car used, I had no history on it and could not confirm the source of the problem. Your quick diagnostic confirmed that other keys were programmed in the computer. Thank you for deactivating these as I do not have them.
  
  You quickly programmed a new fob and tested operations. You got me back on the road in a fast and professional manner. Definitely future business coming your way with my other cars.

  This was in the fall, but after visiting multiple sites, and calling and contacting multiple people, Matrix Locksmith was the first to respond to me professionally and with a clear understanding/very educated guess as to my actual problem and a very clear likely cost. I was met after work and it was an extremely friendly and efficient interaction.
  
  I hope to never need a locksmith again, but if I do and am still in the general area, I am not going to hesitate contacting Matrix Locksmith.
  
  (One note I hope might help someone: The address listed isn't a regular retail situation so going there within business hours does not mean someone will be there. It's best to just contact them directly for an appointment and information)
