We had booked a holiday in Punta Cana at a brand new resort a few weeks ago. Since booking the reviews on tripadvisor had varied from good to horrible. Many many reports of illness among the guests. My wife and I voiced our concerns to Suzanne at Marlin Pickerin town centre. She worked tirelessly to get our resort changed. As of today 4 days before departure she did just that. We are going on the same day same flight but to a different resort. Thanks also need to go out to Jasmine the Sunwing rep who heard our concerns and acted. Outstanding!!!!. You can do your online bookings if you like but you cannot beat the one to one service offered through a real agent. And this agent in particular!!! Susanne you are brilliant!! We will go nowhere else from now on (God help you)😉
