Nice little motel, walking distance to downtown and waterfront attractions. Room was clean, has wifi, TV, coffee makers, and tea if you request it. Staff was very friendly !

Very friendly and accommodating owner. This little motel is clean and cute. It's only a short walk to restaurants and shops and a short drive to the beach.

Last week I went to Goderich for my official work. This was my first visit and after going through trip advisors reviews, I choose Maple Leaf Motel. It is centrally located, very near to downtown and close to beach as well as river.
It is very well maintained, neat and clean. Rooms are perfectly sized, with absolutely clean bed and toilet. Well ventilated.
Owner was very kind and friendly.
I will be going again next month and definitely stay there only.
I highly recommend to stay in this hotel during your visit to Goderich.

This place is an extremely well managed gem! I came into Goderich for work, and am happy to have found such a clean, quaint motel close to the town center. Our room was lovely and absolutely spotless. Although the office normally shuts at 10:30 PM, the owner had no problem waiting for me until much later to arrive. If I'm in town again, I will definitely be staying here.
