  Apparently the gates close randomly at 7:25pm on a week day. Calling 311 I was told that no one will come to let my car out and to call a cab. The gates then apparently open at 10am on a weekday. So get another cab to go to work. They really don't care what the closing time is or if there are multiple cars in the parking lot.
  
  So rule of thumb is don't stay to late else you will be stranded walking to the closest road to get a cab to pick you up. Really wish there was a feedback loop for these parks.
  
  Update:
  Got a warning sticker on my car the next day when I went to pick it up. Apparently you can't park in there over night, well it's hard not to when you are locked in randomly.
