  A great big THANK-YOU to the service staff at Mainline Chrysler. Viktoria (Service Advisor) and Mike DeConnick Smith (Sales), went above and beyond to take care of the warranty issues on my 2013 RAM 2500 6.7L Cummins. They got me in on short notice and gave me the use of a loaner truck while repairs were done. They even delivered my truck, back to me in Saskatoon. WOW! Absolutely top notch. Thanks again!

  I would definitely recommend the drive to Mainline Chrysler and if you are looking to receive awesome customer service deal with Matt Choumont. Matt had exactly the used vehicle I was looking for and made the purchase of my "new to me" vehicle very easy. Not only was he friendly, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. It was a very pleasant purchasing experience.

  Terrible. Just terrible. I bought a brand new vehicle and it was not detailed, called and complained and they told me they would detail it when I came in for my first oil change. When I did come in for my first oil change I didnt have that stupid keychain that says I get my first few oil changes for free, they refused to look it up in the system and charged me for it. I left my vehicle there to get the vehicle finally detailed and was given a courtesy vehicle that was FILTHY. There was spilled coffee in the cup holders, dried up fries on the floor, fast food wrappers in the backseat, and just dirty. I complained about this and they did nothing. When I picked up my vehicle after being detailed, the detailer shoved all of my posessions into little bags. I had a bottle of hand sanitizer that was thrown into the bag upside down and spilled over everything else. I I would never buy a vehicle here again, and would not recommend anyone shop here.

  My best experience so far, they are highly efficient and to the business. I could purchase a brand new vehicle at almost half the price and at very low interest!! Well worth of time and money.. Thank you Kelley and Dana u guys r the best😀
