The staff and management are friendly and most helpful. They go out of their way to make your experience @ Mike's pleasant and enjoyable. Excellent service

Very poor customer service. Called for 15 minutes only to finally have someone answer and ask if I can call them back later as they are “busy”. I simply wanted to make a reservation and if anything they should take my number and call me back but I will definitely be going elsewhere now.

I have always been a Mr. Mikes fan. We were recently gifted a gift card for them and decided to treat ourselves the last day of our moving weekend. Best decision ever!
Everything was fresh and perfect. My steak was cooked perfectly and the atmosphere is chill and lovely. After dinner we played a few rounds of Connect 4, compliments of a stack of board games for you to pick from, Battleship was missing some of its ships, boo.
I ordered the sirloin with a smugglers cove topping and the boyfriend ordered the sirloin with lobster mac and cheese. Go for the garlic mashed potatoes, they were great.
We also tried their little steak bites as an appy, they were crispy perfection.

The staff is certainly friendly, however, if you're hungry, you may find the portions a little on the disappointing side. There are certainly better bang for your buck options in the area(Denny's, Montana's), though the atmosphere is a bit more formal than either. The staff is very friendly.

I had the avocado lobster salad and it was incredible. And the B52 boozy drink was delicious. Staff were friendly and very on top of it. We had a larger group too. We will be back!

My family and I love Mr Mikes.
We generally go once a week to the Langley location.
Great service, great food.
Management is always on hand hustling just like the rest of the staff.

We were going to the keg but there was a 2 hour lineup. Lucky for us we ended up at Mr Mikes. We both had steaks it was delicious will definitely be back again and again

Busy night but service was still good. Bartender got us a seat and the server got our drinks right away. Food arrived and my classic Mike burger tasted great. Wife had a sirloin steak and was great too! Server checked on us a few times and left satisfied. Everyone was happy. One thing the restroom could of been a little cleaner but with the rush that was going on may have been missed otherwise a good night at Mr Mike's.
