  I came into luxury nails for the second time and was insanely disgusted. I was enjoying the beginning of a pedicure when I was horribly disgusted. The were using the cheese grater type item on the lady beside me, then they used it on me WITHOUT WASHING IT!!!! never going back.

  I have gone to luxury nails and enjoyed it in the past but today I could not have been more unhappy. I asked for a design BEFORE the polish and tried to show a picture that was rudely ignored. After my nails were paainted I tried again to show the design, which the disn't understand or know how to do. On top of that (no offense) the lady I was with didn't speak english so I couldn't communicate. When I asked for more help he explained Zig-Zags/chevrons as figure eights! I showed him the picture and he said she could do that no problem. She stared at the picture well painting my nails and made me very unhappy with the final product. Generally chevron is done with stickers but this was done free hand, when I got a chance to look I realized the polish was cracking and had very crooked lines. On top of that they failed to get off all the nail polish I had on the week before and It was noticable right through my new polish. Needless to say I was dissapointed and will not be going back.

  We normally go to luxury nails for manicures And they are always really good but today i went to get a manicure and i asked for a French tip with a thin black line beneath it, the lady asked me if it was ok or if i liked it but she tilted my hand and I couldn't get a good look at them until we left and the looked horrible the black lines were all crooked and they looked like a 2 year old did them. Not happy with the service at all and will most likely not be returning in the future.

  Great service! They treat people kindly. Their professional and clean. I go to unwind and enjoy their pampering. You can not put a price on good service even though their cost is reasonable for that extra touch.
