  Take a look at Right at Home Realty's Market Watch Infographic for December 2018. There are few ratios, but the most important for me is what happened with the price, in this case the good news is that it went up 2.1% comparing it with the price in Dec 2017....(check left corner) ... of course it all depends of the month being compared as the market is seasonal...ie. look at the average in Aug 2018 were the price went up 4.1% !

  So the prices are having a soft recovery....!

  We can see here that there are negative ratios, but don't panic as they are ratios just showing that we had less properties for sale or Sold or more days in the market but let's just try to focus on the Average price ratio that last month went up and hopefully it stays like that in 2019 !.....
