Receptionist at the desk was incredibly rude when I went in to try and schedule an appointment. I gave her an appointment time and she said she would check with the designer and give us a call back to confirm. She never called back but that doesn't matter now as I would never give such an unprofessional company my business in the first place. I went to Fresh Ink Apparel instead and they were much easier to work with and very customer service orientated!

Needed a custom print done on a difficult material race suit with urgent turnaround time. Entire team was extremely responsive, provided amazing quality and customer service at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

Wanted $73.00 To embroider one shirt (supplied by requestor). Claimed they had to "write a program" for two lines of text. Had to e-mail three times to get a quote. Office manager seemed confused about pricing, etc. Rude and unfriendly. Wouldn't recommend.

I ordred a printed mug last night and asked them if it is possible to make it ready for the next day as I wished to give it to my brother.They were SO FAST! THE QUALITY OF THE PRINTED MUG WAS GREAT . I Really APPRICIET THRIr team for the service

Extremely helpful, courteous and fast service. A different custom t-shirt company made a mistake on my order for stag and doe t-shirts for my friend's wedding. Louie's received my files, responded promptly with a very reasonable quote, and produced all the shirts with different designs and methods of printing in one day. Everyone was very happy with their shirt. I highly recommend this place.
