Not sure your ready to reupholster. Start small. Dining room chairs? Bar stool? Lorelei Interiors has upholstery fabrics from Maxwell Fabrics.

Don't get too caught up in home trends - especially from one source. As you read different articles you'll quickly be able to find contradicting advice - this piece stats that acrylic furniture is 'in', while another I just read suggested that it is 'out'. Even within this Elledecor article there is a slight inconsistency between mention of eclectic colour being 'out' and then shows rooms with bold patterns and colours as being 'in'. Though I think this is in part the natural result of people still having a desire for simplicity, but also moving to soften the sometimes exaggerated look of it with warmer tones, and by adding some brighter colours. But the underlying value is still there - and I'm SO glad to hear that! As the article says that "Sustainable, Handmade Pieces" are "in". But that shouldn't be a trend! We should always be aiming to make conscious and ethical choices! :) So know your style, buy better and to last, and use smaller touches to add fresh style once in a while.

I'm not surprised by this colour palette. I think that they are continuing with the trend of simplicity and some of what came with the farmhouse feels, but deepening a few of the tones for a touch more sophistication and warmth - or to use as accents. I like it. What are your thoughts? - Casie <3

Seasonal window decor! How pretty is this?! Don't miss the discrete roman blinds on the windows as well. I like how they are so subtle, and work on these tall windows!
