5 stars only because Yuyu(or Yoyo) helped me in the best possible way. She was very calm and patient and suggested me the best possible options for a nice everyday handbag. I have met few sales associates from this store during this holiday season but she is the literally the best. A shout out to store manager Sonia to tell others to follow how Yuyu do the sales on floor. Trust me its the attitude and politeness that brings a customer back.

Wanted to purchase "cat eye"sunglasses in size 50/51, but they don't carry anything under size 56/57 which is very disappointing. Had to buy somewhere else.

My experience is not much the service but on the bag itself. I wish it had more structure on the bottom. I understand that if there is structure on the bottom, it will not fold into a small piece when bag is empty for storage. I took it upon myself to put a firm cardboard on the bottom. It doesn't collapse anymore. Then when I change bags, I take out the cardboard and fold it for storage. I love that I can put a lot of stuff that I need when travelling.
