I wish my towns library was like this. Great working space, friendly and helpful staff. Great location too
For the first time I got there I had to ask for a card allows me using and to borrow books and other things. It took less than a minute to get issued, nice staff and great service.
Accessible and they are hoping to implement more changes in the future for more accessibility
A quiet and comfortable place to work. Good Internet connection.
Awesome place! Grand Idea! Too add the London Central Library Branch onto the once aptly named, Galleria and now City Plaza, has once again become a place where one can learn, study, play, purchase, and browse through the City Plaza as slowly after the grandeur of opening one of Londons most ambitious/grandiose planes crashed in on them, the library has brought great new beginnings, a great revival has now taken place At first the mall was a hit with the leasing of almost all available spaces for a 1 - 3 year term, to only have most of them not renew it altogether, or for only one more term. There was a time the mall could have gone totally dead. It is for them bringing Londons Central Library here, it revived the mall mand area, people's never had to travel to Dundas & Richmond, but could go into the malls underground parking facilities and use both the library and transverse the stories that remained, all to the tune of 2 hours of free validated parking curtousy of this branch of the London Public Library. It is just sad the mall lay dead for some time, as leases were nit renewed, really it was a saddenig mess. If the library was their from day one, most of the controversy and hardships would probably have proved minimal. For an illusion that was once so grand, the thought of downtown revival was their, it just took more time to level off. Their is still much space to be leased. But the total revival is coming due and is clearly on the right path too make it a success.
Nice quiet place but I certainly miss the coffee ☕ shop.
Staff was pretty friendly. Great book selection. Quiet atmosphere, great for studying. Cleanness was amazing. Once you get to the higher views, a great view of London. Best library I've ever visited.
Friendly staff, quiet work areas, publicly bookable quiet rooms. Lots and lots of free resources. Unfortunately, based on the location or whatever, you occasionally get oddball people wandering around and doing strange things, like sleeping at tables or having loud arguments.
This place is one of the jewels of Downtown London. It's a beautiful place to read and unwind in the largest library in the city with the most operating hours throughout the week.
