A huge shout out to Lancaster Dental for the donation of 150 Level 2 Maxill Masks to SE Health (Formally St. Elizabeth Home Care). Thank you for keeping nurses who care for our most vulnerable in their own homes safe. Way to go!

The staff are always friendly, accommodating, and very professional. The office is clean and welcoming. Dr. Paul Sofrone is very thorough and personally sits down and explains to me every issue with my dental health. I've never had any problems with any of his fillings, and he clearly takes the time to ensure all his work is up to a very high standard.
I don't mess around with my teeth. Poor dental work is very costly in time, money, and grief. I've never had a bad experience at Lancaster Dental and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a competent and professional dentist.response / report this review -

I had an excellent experience at Lancaster Dental. Great location with ample free parking. The office is spotless and modern, the dental chair is comfortable and they seem to be using the latest technology. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating, the medical staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The work performed was outstanding and everything was done efficiently and with no need for a subsequent appointment. I HIGHLY recommend Lancaster Dental.

I am very impressed with Lancaster Dental ! The front desk staff are amazingly efficient and so friendly. I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was so gentle and explained everything she was doing. I saw Dr. Sofrone for a filling and although I am usually a nervous patient, he made me feel very relaxed I highly recommend this office and most definitely will recommend to friends and family!

Great experience here. Aneta did a fantastic job on my cleaning, it is the best my teeth have ever looked! Had a cavity that was on the border of needing a root canal, but they opted to fill it with a medication underneath. It was sensitive for about a week, but much better than the pain and expense of the root canal!

A bad experience. I had replaced an old crown with a new one. The new crown performed at Lancaster clinic is too short so there is no proper bite on it. It is too short on the outside upper area close to the gum where the tooth under it is exposed. The inside area shows the metal under the porcelain. I rejected this crown from the first day when it was cemented without my approval while I thought it is being tested. The new crown brought pain and infection. I had paid for a functional, good quality crown and none of this was delivered. It is first time when I write a bad review.

Had my first appointment at Lancaster Dental today. Aneta the hygienist was lovely and very thorough with her care/cleaning. I was impressed with how professional and friendly all staff were. The dentist was great, he took the time to explain my X-rays and do a proper checkup after my cleaning. This practice was recommended from a friend and I was happy I booked there. I will definately be back!
