  I remember it like it was yesterday the trips I took with my uncle to the falls. I was able to make it inside if the dam and have a picture of me standing on the top of the dam. I've been told that the dam was built in the wrong place that it should have been two miles further up stream. There was a building that was pulled from the falls to my grandparents farm that they lived in for many years. This house was used as the hospital at the falls. This was pulled by horses to the farm. For any one who has ever been to the Lacolle Falls will know how steep the hill is to get out of there. I have many memories of this area "Many Good Memories"
