Just plain rude manager, she should be dealing with cattle not people
Two other customers in store, 3 clerks but wouldn't do an exchange because the sales slip gave dates when the exchange could be done..
Not as if they were busy, clerk was going to do it, dark haired Eastern European manager butted on and said "NO"..

Horrible staff members and even worse manager! so rude !!! went there 2 days ago to find a bra and they made me feel like a ghost. All they did was talk to one another and the short blond one who I think was in charge was crying on the phone to someone in the middle of the sales floor. Completely unprofessional.
