Makita’s New 18v 16g finish nailer 🤘 Funny this shows up right after I finish doing baseboards today 🤦♂️
Shoots up to 2 1/2” nails, has an LED, belt clip, depth adjustment and tool free latch for getting out those jammed nails. Bulldogs and Redbulls One of the subs we have working with us has never used a cordless rotary hammer so obviously I gotta let him try it. . What really blew him away was the vac attachment, the fact it clips on the tool and runs off the tool battery is pretty awesome. . What impressed me that day is the amount of holes we got with one bar left on the core battery. I believe we got 16 and it was still going. . Adding a railing to this precast concrete step. We decided to use sleeve anchors on this one, the steps are hollow towards the inside but the 3 outside holes are solid concrete top to bottom. With the rating on the anchors this railing should never budge.

What the heck are we up to now?? 💥 Silas just got home and we are blowing things up and teaching lessons at the same time 💥 He was gone for 2 weeks on holidays with my parents so we had to celebrate being back together! It was hard not having my sidekick. We got a Batman and Robin thing going on this last year 🤘

Cutting through some aluminum railing with the @norske_tools mega bite all purpose blade. We’ve now used it on tile, concrete, steel and aluminum. It’s still going strong and leaving clean cuts. I did make the mistake of only bringing 1 5.0 battery and had to toss on the 12.0 Flexvolt. Dave didn’t seem to mind though.

The New Gen 3 hammer drill feels like a compact in hand, but it still performs like a full size drill even with a 2.0 on it.

Every time I looked, this hole got bigger, Chris @militant_mechanical doesn’t mess around. Someone originally did some “make it work” plumbing. He made it the way it should have been from the start.
