  I changed my design plan by switching two cabinets for a different one. Before my new cabinet would be manufactured I had to pay for it. I never received the two original cabinets which tells me I changed my plan early enough that they were not manufactured. I have spoken to two different people and was told it would be taken care of. Eventually I was referred to the manager who was supposed to contact me. I tried two or three times to call him. No answer and no response to my message. It’s been two months and still haven’t had communication or my refund.

  I had the entire kitchen and 2 bathrooms completely refaced. Alex Scheiermann helped me with choosing the new design and hardware, and he coordinated the whole project. He had great ideas, he always responded quickly, and he was consistently helpful, professional and reliable. He did not just look after the job related to the cupboards, he even made sure to help with what the granite counter installers neglected to do. All the technicians that came to do the various parts of the installation were very well skilled, attentive to details and surprisingly patient with my need for perfection
  
  Any kitchen and bathroom renos are complicated undertakings with many people involved before the actual installation, and the process takes time. Alex and his team really cared about the work they did, they attended to any issues as quickly as they could, and they made sure I was happy with the outcome when the job was done. I highly recommend this team.

  I absolutely loved working with Kelly Murray-Cure!!! She designed not one but TWO kitchens for me. The cabin kitchen will be replaced with a gorgeous shaker style kitchen with multiple details incorporated. Kelly is top notch and super detailed. The cabin kitchen was by far not an easy task design wise and Kelly met my expectations and surpassed them! The house kitchen is being refaced and I'm super excited to have my second tier counter above sink to be converted to a breakfast bar width and eliminating the old school shelving display to a full cabinet instead. Additionally, Kelly also designed a wet bar for my home's recreation room and new bathroom vanities. I love LOVE kitchencraft and would highly recommend to all my family and friends. The quality is exceptional and service surpasses any that I've encountered during my process with renovating my home.
