Description

Real estate transactions are highly emotional and rife with stress. My role is to find the perfect house/condo for you, or sell your house/condo for the max dollar possible, while minimizing your stress.

I deal with the entire real estate cycle . First time buyers usually start in a condo. As a member of the Toronto Condo Network, I keep abreast of the local condo scene - from new developments being approved, to the best value buildings, buildings running into problems etc...

Mid - real estate life cycle - people are moving up and there is now a buy and sell involved. As an Accredited Stager I know how to get the biggest bang for the buck, and what the target market for your house is looking for. I use the marketing tools & products to reach them to ensure the appropriate people are seeing your house.

The kids have grown, and the house is too large - it is time to downsize. The 50+ crowd often wants either a smaller, more urban house (want to walk to the 'Action' - ex. Starbucks) or they go south for the winter and would like a condo - they can simply lock the door and go. This move has the added challenge of getting rid of lots of 'stuff'. What to do with it? My courses and experience have provided me with many options to help you through this.

The final move is probably the most traumatic. As an Accredited Seniors Agent - this enables me to take on the role of selling a Senior's home, often with the children involved - with patience, caring and knowledge. When is it time to leave the home and close this chapter of their lives? I use a questionnaire to try to objectively assess a very emotional situation for the homeowner and family. What are the options for a Senior to move to? How much money will they net from their home and what monthly income will it generate? What to do with their stuff - when they have had 30+ years of living in this home? Their kids don't live in town or are far too busy to take all of this on - I can manage the process.

Real estate transactions can be very stressful. As a professional agent - I get paid to do a good job and take the stress on for you!
