  Kate and Mallory are wonderful to work with. Both are very responsive which is key in real estate as well as pleasant and professional.   Kate & her team did a great job selling our house in Paris this past January. She was professional, kind, and direct with her strategy and communication which my husband and I greatly appreciated. Kate & her team were always prompt to answer any questions and keep us up to date on buyer feedback etc. I would HIGHLY recommend Kate & The Kate Broddick Team for any real estate needs, and will be using Kate again in the future!

  We chose to go with Kate for selling our home because of her reputation as a top agent in the Brantford area. She truly is great at what she does! We had no doubts in our minds when deciding to go with her as our agent and she surpassed all of our expectations! She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the local market and pursued achieving the highest sales price for a home in our area. Not to mention, our home sold in just over 24 hours on the market! We could not have been happier with the outcome!

  We have used Kate for two residential sales and one residential purchase. Kate is an amazingly attentive agent. She goes above and beyond. She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and all of your questions and concerns are addressed immediately. She always seems to have all the information on properties when taking clients through, and when she doesn't, she is quick to find the information. She provides ample staging techniques and assistance. Kate's property advertising is incredible, having both our homes sold in record time. Her admin staff are kind, attentive and quick to respond. Her website is always updated with new listings and contact information. I couldn't imagine using another agent, and look forward to working with her again in the future.
