  Customer service is terrible. I called to ask if they had chicken in the store, the owner said yes, and i asked if it's the big cartoon of chicken cause i haven't bought chicken there before.
  The owner actually said ' I'm tired, whatever', i was shocked and very upset.
  
  If not for the fact that i live close to the store and i needed to buy chicken urgently before my next meeting i wouldn't have gone there again. customer service is appalling.

  This store has a variety of products, however, you don’t have enough space to walk around and everything is clustered up. Also, the owner could be dishonest about the shelf life of some products just to make a sale. The customer service needs to be greatly improved, receipts are not provided on purchase and the calculations are done manually which gives room for error. It’s simply walk in, buy whatever, and leave. I won’t recommend here except you’re pressed for time and have no other options.

  Nice place to buy African foods, you cannot satisfy everybody. You can find virtually everything you need in this shop as per African foods, her smoked cat fish is the best in the country, (The passportchefs brand) with a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend this store to those who love to have value for their money.

  This review is long overdue. The lady that attended to me last Easter was the best. She was very helpful, polite, generous, and advised like a mum will her child. I totally recommend this store.
