Chuck McKinney has been working with us in Edmonton and area since mid-November 2018. Here are some customer comments we’ve received. Note that the very first one was from Chuck’s training day, he’s the “partner” referred to:

You were so gentle with taking the lead from Pat and then helping Fritz down. Your partner was great with taking Gerry from me so that I could be beside Fritz.

I appreciate how easy and straightforward it was to work with you and remember your services. I remember your empathy and kind words when my husband and I were dealing with our first horse passing. You picked up our rescue gelding on March 20th, and was very thoughtful to a lot of things that we weren't thinking of at the time, such as setting aside clippings of braided hair. He was a pretty big part of our family, and it was definitely not an easy thing to go through. Thank you.

Thank you for your compassion and prompt pick up on a holiday Saturday. Friday night we had to make a horrible and hard decision to let our old man donkey cross the bridge. Just Passig picked him up Saturday morning early and was prompt and professional.
