Great atmosphere, Great drinks Great food., Great staff every time !!
Went to Kool's for dinner....unfortunately, the food was sub-par. Not that we were expecting a 5 star dining experience, but after waiting an hour for a salad and a couple of sandwiches to come out, definitely expected more. The salad was served on an appetizer plate and looked like something you would find in the discount section of a supermarket. The burger my friend had was really good so no complaints there. The clubhouse lacked in flavour and the fries were burned. I've eaten at the affiliated restaurants (e.g., Tobaggan's, Runt Club and Fellini's) in the past and the food is usually consistently good. Perhaps this was an off night, but definitely need to work on the wait as well as the quality. Not expecting a whole lot, but the basics shouldn't be too much to ask for...especially for such an established place. Giving the place an extra star because the atmosphere as well as our server were great.
Always nostalgic. ....Brings back some great memories....Good food and quirky atmosphere
Had some delicious buffalo chicken lettuce wraps here for lunch. The service was fast and very friendly here. My friend's meal looked great too and all together our experience was pretty good here.
Would have loved to post a photo but I ate the Canadian burger before I had a chance! Everyone enjoyed their meals including the appetizers. The service was excellent and the place has a great atmosphere. I will go back before my holiday is over :)
I will never enter this business, the owner is one of the main people against the brt and I think it is shameful that we let large corporate business control our city. Shame on you and everyone who supports you
Nice place to go out on a night.
The type of crowd changes depending on the night but usually an older crowd than a student crowd.
Front of house is a restaurant.
Back of house is a dancing/mingling area
30 years of fun! Chicago style bar with great deep dish pizza and lake perch. Friendly staff and total sports coverage.
Joe Kools is always a safe go-to hot spot for a fun night out. It has a nice mix of casual seating booths, and a dance floor at the back. There are also people of all ages there but it tends to lean more towards 25 and up.
I have been coming here for over 30 years. Always a great place. Cold beer. Warm greetings. Just the right amount of humor. One of the few redeeming qualities of London.
