A born and raised Calgarian, Dr. Jasdeep Sahota completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Calgary before recently graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic West campus in San Jose, California.

She is a member of the Alberta College and Association of Chiropractors, the Canadian Chiropractic Association, and the American Chiropractic Association. Aside from being licensed in Alberta, Dr. Sahota has also completed her National Board of Chiropractic Examiners board exams in the USA.

Dr. Sahota provides a holistic, personalized approach to Chiropractic care which includes adjustments, soft tissue therapy, injury rehabilitation, and taping. Dr. Sahota's goal is to help her patients maintain a healthy, active, pain-free lifestyle. At Palmer West, she was a member of the Sports Council, and was a part of the Medical staff at the Sea Otter Classic, the US half marathon, and the North Face Endurance Challenge. She also traveled to Honduras for the Clinic Abroad program, where she had the opportunity to treat at a local hospital, an orphanage and at a fitness gym.

Being an avid soccer player since her childhood, Dr. Sahota has a special interest in injury prevention and treatment for athletes of all levels. She is pleased to offer service in Punjabi.


Dr. Sahota will be working at two Optimum Wellness Centre locations. Her schedule is as follows:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at Trans Canada (403-272-3000)
Tuesday, Friday and Saturday at Sunridge Mall (403-293-4404)
