I had my front windshield replaced a few months ago. Unfortunately there were some defects in the glass but the guys at Vision Autoglass took care of me and got it replaced asap. Everyone was very kind and welcoming but Mark and Jonathan really stood out with their excellent customer service and communication. Definitely the only Autoglass shop I would recommend!!

Windshield replacement
I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car. Dashboard, floor mats, windshield were vacuumed and cleaned. Special Thanks to Mark, and Tara.
You guys could teach Destination Toyota a few things.

I went to JF Vision at Burnaby to replace a front door glass that had been smashed. They immediately welcomed me outside and quickly took my car in. While they were inspecting the car they found a few small scratches that I had missed on the car and recommended me to take the car to an autos hop to get those tiny scratches fixed first (while instead they could have just done the window and not worried about the scratches). What also impressed me is that they offered to clean up the broken glass and covered up the window without charging a penny. This is what I call a business that is professional and provides a quality service and not too worried about making money. They deserve all the stars!
