  Small water feature, sandbox, swings, lots of grass much more &&&& a porta potty!! Nice dog named Jack a regular too

  Great park for kids, especially in summer when the splash park is on. Soft, springy rubber mats under play structures, and there's a few different climbing/play structures to dash about on.
  
  Not so great for picnics, games or sunbathing; although the grounds are well-maintained overall, there are some massive pine trees that prevent the grass from really thriving and break up the space quite a bit. Avoid during high winds due to risk of falling branches! Also moderate risk of wasps and flies for picnics.Otherwise, a great little neighbourhood park year-round, and a real attraction in the summer/hot weather.
