  Orthognathic surgery ruined my life. These people don't care about their patients after surgery. Nerve damage is more than numbness. My left Eustachian tube is no longer functioning at all leaving me with debilitating symptoms every single day. Hearing loss, hearing distortion, sensitivity to loud sounds, hearing nothing but my breathing and my own voice loud inside my head. If you can live without it, DON'T DO IT. You'll be saving yourself from a life of pain and misery.

  This is a well-oiled machine for getting people in and out as fast as possible. The freezing is minimal and they don't ask if you're comfortable. Your jaw is winched open and a gag stuck down your throat. I could feel every part of the procedure and the area was aching before I got out of the chair. Very rough treatment, especially in comparison to my regular dentist, who is careful and considerate. I gave them two stars because I'm still alive. Never again for this place.

  These people are only interested in the $. They don't give a hoot about the patients no matter how much pain your suffering from. They send you home from appointments and then put 'No Show' on your file. When you get a referral from a reputable dentist several times and they refused to call you back, because you have 'No Shows' on your file due to their ignorance and lack of compassion.
  I suggest that if you are in severe pain go to Western University they are 10x more compassionate about their patients and jobs.

  This place in the definition of a big joke when it comes to taking care of people or just normal human compassion in general.
  They put false information on file when regardless of what they are told or what happened (i.e. missed appointments)
  They will not call you back even if you have a referral sent if younhave even missed one apointment.
  I had one set in the past and showed up on time but was never told I needed over $400 upon my visit so they turned me away while in terrible pain and marked me down as a missed appointment because they would not own up to there mistake by not informing me I needed that amount right away. (As I was told it was covered under OW at the time)
  All in all this place cares so little about actually helping people and it just focused only on "we will help you..if you can pay for it". What a fail of a medical service.

  I was charged $145 for a 5 minute consultation with the dentist, seems excessive to charge that much. No other work was done, he just pulled up the x-rays on his computer that were sent over by my other dentist. He was very short on his answers to my questionsI was considering a $1,800 (roughly) procedure and I think he probably could've given more thorough answers. Also, when paying the receptionist said they don't submit electronic claims, when I asked why she gave a vague poor answer that they have two offices and the technology behind setting it up would be very expensive for them. With the lowering costs of technologies such as on demand cloud services I question that answer. They had a nice big fancy office. Maybe she gave a truthful answer or maybe it's a case a being cheap and greedy?

  Great place to have work done on your mouth, staff are nice here highly recommended.
