  Junk seller with junk products, and reprehensible customer service.
  
  Original item was defective, replacement was defective, customer service is very slow to reply or act even when they promise something.
  
  They are refusing to address our complaint until we remove the negative review. That's a violation of Google's guidelines.
  
  Be very, very careful spending money on their cheaply made, overpriced stuff.
  
  RESPONSE:
  Yes, you sent a replacement. That was noted in my original review. The replacement died quickly as well. Then you promised a refund, but only if we remove the negative reviews.
  
  That's extortion, and incentivizing the removal of a review is a violation of Google's review policy.

  There customer service is very helpful. They always promptly respond to your emails. They give me free replacement of fender even it is not in warranty. The scooter is very light easy to move around with good quality.

  Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase! Although I did have a minor defect in the back wheel of my flash 3.0 scooter, I was pleased with the overall response time from both the phone number as well as the email responses, particularly with regards to providing a video solution for the issue I was experiencing. Since then I've been able to use the eScooter for about 10 hours so far and I'm loving it. I find the quality of materials to be excellent, from the hand grips and rubber seals to the soldering and the effectiveness of the brakes and wheels. I highly recommend these scooters and will likely return for future purchases. Great bang for your buck.

  My Scooter = The Amazing Gyrocopters Flash 3.0
  
  She has a smooth and light throttle that is easy to control and maintain at low,very low or high/very high speed with auto cruise control that shuts off when you brake. Solid build and lightweight and can fold latched quickly (under 28.6 lbs) yet good range on the Lithium-ion cells - 28 km distance and 25 Kph top speed on the 350 watt motor that has a max load of 264 lbs The stem lock mechanism is very firm to close with a spring loaded safety latch making a fast but strong setup. Built in rear and front lights, tubeless tires, reflectors nice rubber mat and I am very pleased with the build quality and amazing bang for the buck
