I had the battery replaced in both an iPad and phone. The work was done quickly. Two different employees at different times gave me good explanations on what wears a battery down, when I should recharge it and not to leave either charging overnight as this overcharges and wears out batteries over time. Both were very professional. The cost was reasonable.

IBroken was incredibly helpful with diagnosing the problem with my iPhone and providing a solution. He also gave me good direction to help extend battery life. The service on the phone was done within the time specified. I highly recommend this business!
