  Staff are extremely professional, polite and efficient. I passed the class 5 road test on the first time. Much better location and facility to serve the public than the old location in Langley. 4/5 because it was very busy but overall a great place.

  On 16 April 2018, noon around 1-2 pm waiting in line then went in counter B128, to renew my Driver's licence and Care card. She, impolitely, curtly right away asked (no greetings for a senior of 66 hmmmmm), you want one or two? Confused what you mean...I asked? She said, Driver's and care card together as one? I said, NO. Two separate cards I want. As her station photo was not working, she asked me to come other station....took picture. Shut down right away not showing the photo to me. I watched while waiting in line all other staff showing the photo to the client. I insisted to see....then she asked me to come to her station and shown the photo. These photo will be as my ID for the next 5 years and I am paying $17.
  
  To me, firstly she doesn't have the courtesy to greet, or prompt to show the photo to me is evident that she need customer service skills. Obviously, too many staff very leisurely sipping their drinks, less load of work, high salary.....careless attitude for which we the tax payers shell out exorbitant ICBC premiums. Sad.

  Just moved here and the woman at reception was very rude and no people skills. I would assume as she is the first person the customer sees she would be approachable........
  However I delt more with a very kind woman named Tamara that truly helped me with everything I need here in bc. Thank you Tamara for your help .

  This is the fastest and positive experience I've ever had with icbc... Renew my license within 10 minutes, reception and staff were freindly. I was lucky to have only 1 person before me. (4pm on a Monday)

  This has probably been my most positive experience I’ve ever had. The overall facility was spacious. There’s a lot more seating opposed to the surrey location. The staff are a whole lot friendlier. I went to have my road test with Brad. Being a super nervous person for my road test it helps that he’s friendly and patient!!
  Checking in was a easy process the person that checked me in he had a super friendly smile and made me feel a lot better and helped me with my confidence for the test and less nervous! Thanks langley icbc you guys are awesome!
