  Fridge is large and has a good variety of flowers. I like that you can just browse at your own whim and put together flowers that you like on your own.

  Everything about I & F Designs is disappointing, from being over priced to lack of style. The women who work there are very kind but there is a lack of communication between the staff from front line to the owner.
  
  I had planned on using them for our wedding but lost $250 which they refused to reimburse us since we did not like two trial centrepieces they had shown us and decided to go elsewhere - they were both the same centrepiece!
  
  We had sent numerous emails containing pictures and ended up with flowers that looked like they were wilted and discoloured. There were numerous emails back and forth where they even said at one point we could not have our additional payment of nearly $1000 we had just made a week earlier.
  
  Their contract states you can have a store credit in the event of a cancellation but after cancelling and asking about the store credit I was sent an ignorant email. The owner has told me that although the contract clearly states in the event of a cancellation you receive a store credit I may not have one. I have been informed that the value of his time having to deal with his customers far surpasses the $250 we gave them for NOTHING!
