Fantastic service from Hyde Brothers . Despite the fact they were swamped with service calls due to extreme cold weather , my recent request for help with my Kubota tractor was taken care of very quickly . In fact , at 5:45 on a bloody cold evening , Charles Broadfoot of their service department showed up and had the tractor running in short order .
My service experience is only one example of the care Hyde Brothers takes with their customers - something that is becoming harder to find in this day and age .
