  I love the bay, and the people who work there. The store associates are the heart and soul of The Bay, and they deserve a lot of respect and appreciation for the long hours, high expectations, and usual demands of retail, along with the additional stresses of the ever-changing retail climate in Canada.

  Thus is one the best bat store in Calgary. They carry different variety then other stores.

  If you like HBC, this one is great. Spread out on two levels, it's generally well traveled by visitors and laid out nicely. Never had trouble finding someone to assist.

  Very good customer service at the Shoes dept. This place is going to be one of my go to spot for shoes from now. 5 stars for the customer service in the shoe department.
  
  Giving negative stars for the customer service in the clothing dept. please have the cashier learn math.. very worst experience.. I bought things for $31.50 and gave her cash $42 in return she should have given me $10.50 instead gave me $10. I felt cheated, and made me feel like I was doing the math wrong.. Also made unnecessary comment stating that I am from a different country thats why I am not understanding the math.. very racist comment which was unnecessary.. never getting here anything horrible experience.. she was so rude i dont know why The Bay has her there.. i am going to return everything i bought from The Bay.. extremely rude person.. now regretting not filing a complaint against her.. if i go to the location again will definitely do that..

  I have found customer service in ladies' clothing, lingerie, shoes, handbags, jewellery and perfumes to be wonderful! I have always experienced personnel to be polite, helpful, and attentive. The store is lovely, has lots of selection, and offers great sales! Thank you, Hudson's Bay! I hope that you keep thriving... you are a part of our Canada 150 pride!

  I had a wedding come up on short notice, but had nothing to wear due to recently moving, I stopped in at the men's section and had Shawn assist me, being that I needed near everything. I received many comments about how well I was dressed, thanks to Shawn's expertise.

  Dear Hudson Bay, Market Mall Management - Just a quick note to let you know that today (02 Feb 2017), I was the recipient of the best level of customer service that I have seen offered in a long time. Please know that you have an incredibly courteous & helpful sales associate in Men's Wear by the name of Joy! It is thanks to Joy & her like minded colleagues that we continue to shop at The Bay.

  This store has undergone recent renovations and appear much better than it used to. More modern products and definitely more younger shoppers. There are lots of free parking and there is easy access from outside the mall. Not a whole lot of promos from Hudson's Bay in general, but you can find things that are not sold elsewhere.
