  Good place to shop if you're looking for something better quality than Walmart or Costco. In general you pay a bit more. That being said I'm sure they would price match anything you find cheaper somewhere else. I found that their sale prices were better than Sears's store closing liquidation prises.

  I am with review below... absolute worst customer service... no more Bay for me. I will stick with Costco... great service great return policy!

  If I could give 0 stars, I would Worst customer service. Defective product. Had to call several times to arrange pick-up and then told pick-up was a $75.00 fee. Horrible!!!!

  Huge store with lots of selection. It can be a challenge to find someone to help though, and we have had hit or miss customer service throughout the years.
