  Absolutely seamless process, from dealing with Brock in Sales to Dainis in the office and Valerii for installation. I priced the windows with 3 different companies and HTR was not only the most competitive but also the most knowledgeable, particularly about the rebate program. They advised me 12-16 weeks for installation from order, and it was 12 weeks on the nose, which was a nice surprise.
  I love love love the new windows and would 10000% work with them again and recommend them to anybody.

  I am very happy with my doors from HTR. I contacted the company based a sign I saw on a lawn and after reading their google reviews. I got quotes from Ecotech, Brock and several other companies and HTR offered the best prices. The sales person Dennis was not pushy or overwhelming, the doors came exactly when I was told it would be ready, even though I was told there might be delays, there was no delay. The installation guys also did a great job and cleaned up after the job was done.

  I read several reviews for window replacements and must say my experience with HTR has been nothing but positive-from the initial sales meeting to final install. The sales guy, IVAN was straight to the point didn't really try to sell me the product just provided information regarding the product and answered questions I had accordingly, Which I was grateful for! He gave me a lot of info about windows, from 2 pane to 3 pane, about the hardware's and their warranties, about the whole process of ordering and installation. It was overwhelming to get so much knowledge, but just the fact that Ivan took all the time in the world to explain everything in details, made it easier for me to come to a decision. The windows did end up ready for installation within that time frame. HTR graciously set the installation date according to my schedule. And I can't rave enough about the team who came out and completed the install. The installation crew were on time and addressed all my concerns. They were knowledgeable with the product and how to install the windows and the back patio door. Hard consistent workers, there was no downtime during the install. The framework after the bay window was removed was done very professionally and looks amazing. They answered my questions professionally and didn't make me feel stupid for asking very simple questions at times. I cant say enough about this crew, I hope they see this review and see how appreciative me and my family is. They cut no corners and provided exceptional install service that gives us a peace of mind! Thank You HTR Windows, IVAN for the exceptional services you have provided. Definitely 5/5 stars

  We love our new windows. We contacted Dennis to schedule a consultation first. Dennis has tons of experience and suggested some really good options that we haven't considered before. He was very patient and explained the process clearly so we knew what to expect. The installation took 1 day. The crew did an amazing job and cleaned up after the job was done. Windows look gorgeous and we got so many complements from all neighbors around. Thank you Dennis and the crew for an amazing job!!!!

  We have used HTR windows twice now for both our front door and back door. Igor and Vitali are a pleasure to work with. Wonderful service, reasonable prices and beautiful doors. Highly recommend!
