Their referral process is BS even though the agent was great. I referred a friend and she end up buying a car from them and I am still waiting to receive that cheque. It's been almost two months and I am still going in circles. Extremely disappointed and not referring anyone to HOC ever.

Thanks to Jack, Nik, and Chris for helping me with buying my 2020 Tucson!
