Called the clinic to book an appointment and the lady on the other end of the phone was extremely ignorant and rushed. I am new to town and was trying to make an appointment for my ill mother. While makin sure the suggested appointment was okay with my mothers schedule the lady on the phone decided to tell me how she didn't care about our schedule and demanded in an ignorant and loud tone an answer if the app worked or not for us because she had other things to do.
If it wasn't for my mothers sake and her health and well being, I would simply not go there at all. A little bit of patience can go a LONG way. When working in the health field, you should try and show a little bit of compassion.
Hopefully the in person meet is better
