Shanice is an absolute Rockstar in the parts department. I am from out of province and she was able to get me pricing/availability on a cylinder for my SANY excavator. 5/5

I bought multiple pieces of heavy equipment from Headwater and had them ship the equipment to Africa for a project there. I bought all of the equipment without inspecting it. The used equipment ran like new and everything provided was exactly as promised. They are a good family run business, you can trust them.

My husband and I just purchased an excavator from Headwater Equipment. We are from Nova Scotia and when I called inquiring about the machine, I spoke with Ian Shakespeare, who spoke to me with the utmost respect, I say this because a lot of the time I am not taken seriously because I am a woman. The machine arrived as promised , looks and runs great. Headwater Equipment did exactly as promised they would and I would have no problem purchasing from them again. Hired headwater to fix my dozer, they went in a messed around with things that had nothing to do with the issue. Manually adjusted the pumps which you’re not supposed to do. Had to take it to Brant and pay for the mistakes they made. Went to complain and all they did was accuse me of not paying my bill which had already been paid in full.

If you need heavy equipment service on site or at Headwater, or you need a drilling rig welding together, you might have overlooked this awesome business! Sand blasting, professional paint booth, skilled mechanics, fully equipped shop with 20T O/H cranes with room for 10 jobs at once, new fully equipped service trucks with a red seal mechanic will go anywhere in Canada. One of the mechanics replaced the radiator on a Cat D9 buried under 10 feet of snow on top of a mountain in the Pass. Nobody else would take the job. True story. I met the guy. It's what put these guys on the map. They always treated me well.
