  It was an excellent store, excellent customer service by Riaz however, it should be noted that there is no exchanges or refunds unless the device is defective. I was informed by the store rep Riaz if the device was defective they can make an exception. Overall, I am now a satisfied customer, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Riaz. I appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. It's clear that this store values its patrons, and I will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you once again for resolving this matter and turning my initial disappointment into a positive experience.
  
  I recently had an experience with this store that compelled me to update my review. Initially, I had expressed some dissatisfaction due to the lack of exchange or refund policy for unopened items, which left me out of pocket for two vapes. I had assumed that, being tobacco products, it was common knowledge that such policies were in place.
  
  However, I received a response from the operations manager addressing my concerns and clarifying their actual return policy. They informed me that if the package remained unopened and in a sellable condition, a full refund could be granted within 14 days. I was pleasantly surprised by this information and decided to give it another shot.
  
  Upon returning to the store and explaining the situation, I was met with exceptional customer service from Riaz, who processed my refund promptly and efficiently. I was impressed by his professionalism and willingness to assist.
  
  In light of this positive outcome, I want to commend the store for its excellent customer service. While it would have been helpful if the return and exchange policy had been clearly stated during my initial visit, I am grateful that the operations manager was proactive in addressing my concerns and rectifying the situation.
  
  Overall, I am now a satisfied customer, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Riaz and the understanding demonstrated by the operations manager. I appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. It's clear that this store values its patrons, and I will certainly be returning in the future.

  Visited the location and was assisted by Riaz. He has awesome customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about the products. Place is really cool and has a collection of great products! Will visit again!!

  The only place I go to now since I discovered it last year. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Big selection. Always have the vape juice I like and can never find anywhere else when out of town.

  I went here in the afternoon and the store is amazing. Lots of brand to choose from. They have friendly staff and ready to assist you and answer all questions about their product. Just got my partner a new device and vape for myself. Thank you!
