  We really wanted to love this service. However, after the initial sign up process, customer service was at a bare minimum. Unresponsive and many mis-communications. Not possible to reach by phone, and many emails go unanswered.
  
  The diapers provided were very inconsistent in quality and size. The fitted snap diapers (made out of polyester fleece) repelled water, which caused many leaks & a lot of laundry. When we finally figured out it the material was to blame, we switched to prefold diapers, which were thin, and varied so much in size which made diapering a huge challenge. When our 5 month old baby at 85 percentile had outgrown the largest size offered, we decided it was time to make the switch to the other service in Vancouver. We're so glad we did.

  Excellent company. Honest, very understanding and accommodating. We use them for our newborn twin girls. They were very very helpful from the beginning!

  I have nothing but great things to say about the folks and service at Happy Baby Cheeks. We have used their diapers for our 2 kids and have always had professional service, quality diapers and very pleasant interactions with the drivers and over the phone. They make it so easy to use cloth diapers!
