I went in to get my bent sunglasses straightened. I'm not from Orillia, so I expected to pay because I'm not a customer, but the nice man didn't charge me. I can't say enough nice things about this place. So helpful and friendly. Wonderful experience!

Very good customer service. My glasses were ready faster than my optometrist promised plus they were less expensive. Great choice of frames ; especially like the one I chose.
