We were picked up on the highway by Tyler, he was awesome, he made the awful experience of braking down on the 1st day of a road trip less painful, just the happy high spirited guy you need in these kinds of situations. keep up the good work guys.
Fast, efficient and friendly. Great guys. Chris was our driver when we needed a tow on a long weekend! Thanks Guys!
My truck quit on me and left me stuck on the side of the Coquihalla while towing a boat. BCAA dispatched a Merritt towing company since Merritt was 20 minutes away. I got notification that they were on their way. However, an hour later, they still weren't there. Tyler from Hope Towing happened upon me and stopped. He asked the BCAA dispatcher to hand the job over to him so he could get me off the road as it was a dangerous place to be. He had me out of there quite quickly considering he had to put my truck on the flat deck and hook up to my boat as well. He made sure my daughter would pick me up at the dealership that he towed me to as he would not drop me in a parking lot and leave. He even offered to help hook the boat up to my daughter's truck. We managed on our own though. He was an all round good guy and made a hard day better for me.
great service. Faster than anticipated and I was literally in the middle of nowhere!!
Used bcaa to get towed to abbotsford from just outside of yale about a month ago. Our driver was super nice, but was too worried about himself. It took him over a half hour to get my car up on the tires, since I have an awd. It ain't my first tow so I know an experienced driver can do it in under 5 minutes(got it towed the next day and he told us he can do it in 2.5minutes) so I kept telling my BF he must be new. Which is fine except new or not, hot outside or not (it was 30 degrees Celsius), get the vehicle up and go, don't take a sit in the shade for 5 minutes. we have been waiting in the heat for an hour and a half. Then to hear no a/c -_- fine but don't take 45 getting my car on and use us to help you get it on. Anyways on our ride home he stopped 3 times once to "check my car" after going down a hill (he was smoking). Then twice after. 5 minutes to our destination we mentioned our animal in our car, he wanted to stop again for us to go check on it, we declined. Nice guy. Hill Billy 100% (don't tell customers about taking people's cars, that were left on the highway, to keep for personal use), needs to learn about giving good customer service not giving himself what he needs. Took around 3 hours from when he picked us up to dropping us off. And when dropping my vehicle he tore up the road crazy. Needs better training.
I hit a HUGE pothole on 6 street Saturday night that blew out two tires and badly damaged the rims. I was assisted by an amazing driver who was not only very knowledgeable, but also very helpful and pleasant. His service relived so much stress for me! Got me home from Hope to Port Coquitlam quickly and with a smile. THANK YOU Hope Towing!
My car broke down in the mountains on highway 5. Vic with Hope towing came out and was friendly, efficient, and fun to talk to, towing us to the dealership. It made a very stressful situation much better.
In response to Mickeyd D: your trailer is releasable when you comply with the RCMP and CVSE paperwork and insurance request.
In response to Greg Cromarty: Our policy is vehicles are released to the registered owners, if the vehicle has never been registered is it released to who ever provides proper documentation and pays the amount owing.
Drivers are ok but the owner is a crook and cheat, after having my tow dolly and truck towed to their location they refused to release my dolly forcing me to drive 4 hours to get a flat deck. The next day they called saying I can come back and get my dolly. I think that it would be fair to have them bring it back. He said it would 400$ then challenged me to take him to court. Unbelievable people like this exist.
Tyler came to pick us and our car up just outside of Hope on the Coquihalla. He was so kind, helpful and efficient! Thanks for making our flat tire experience better.
