This place has changed a lot in the past decade. Now there is almost enough parking during peak times (like Christmas) instead of way too little(even on an off day). There's almost every kind of store in this mall save for a few for obvious reasons. Customer service is friendly and helpful if you can get their attention over the roar of other peoples conversations. Summary: Improvements and renovations leave it far better than the original. But those were traded for new flawsk

Easy to reach. small doors opening to different directions is so convenient. When i feel bored i go there. Cinema, restaurants everything well structured.

AVERAGE RATHER THAN GREAT
While some people call this a great mall,
I call it average. Nice range of retail outlets but nothing special and it takes less than an hour to walk the length of the place.

Much better since renovation and expansion. Has most of the usual stores one would want, and even has some stores that most other places don't have (Lego store anyone?). Clean and food options are great

Great stores, modern and clean interior & exterior designs. Lots of interactive maps, so you can easily find your way around.
My tip for parking: park by Sears/BC Liquor store entrance. It's a bit of a walk to the other side of the mall, but much quieter and there seems to always be space.response / report this review -

Nice shopping center. Plenty of parking and lots of stores. Center is always kept clean. Easy to get to by public transit.

It was the first shopping centre we were driven to upon arrival to Vancouver in November 2016. We needed to buy a local SIM card for our mobile phone for the 35 days we are there! It was hard work as there are so many different types and capabilities at various different prices, different shops deal with different carriers..
nice and new, such is the world of convenience under the one stop shopping under one roof concept!

A good place to go for a walk. It's big but filled with things aplenty and convenient one stop shopping under one massive roof. It's always been a favorite mall of mine😊

I think this mall is now giving the once famous Metropolis a run for it's money. VERY CLEAN! New everything due to recent renovations. Great selection of stores you cant find anywhere else and lots of free parking options and entertainment around it. We often have eaten at local restaurants in the same block and then walked the mall a bit before our movie started. It's got many casual shopping options as well as higher end ones. Nespresso is my favourite!
