  We are hosting a night of speciality craft beer cocktails on Nov 7. These beer cocktails are being crafted by our good friends from 11thmile.yfc, who will be onsite making them in our taproom.

  No tickets are needed for this event, just grab some friends and come enjoy an evening exploring what can be created with craft beer, spirits and a mixologist unlike most.

  Cocktails that will be served:... Negroni Radler: Made by bartender Travis Perry for Negroni week 2018, this blend of local Thuya gin, local Grimross beer, campari, grapefruit and port make a surprisingly delicious 'radler'. Refreshing and bright, with some bitter notes to anchor it, this negroni variation is a crowd pleaser.

  RSVP: Made by Owner Jennie Wilson, this drink was offered on the Winter 2018 cocktail menu, and featured online by Wine Enthusiast. No longer available at 11th mile, we are reviving this cocktail for our collaboration with Grimross. With notes of cinnamon, pineapple and molasses, this drink is perfectly completed by Grimross' Apres lager.
