Once you're passed security, there is nowhere to get food or coffee except at a vending machine. No charging stations and no easily accessible outlets either.

One of the worst experiences at an aiport. Waiting in the security line up for over an hour our flight has been boarding for 20 mins and 90% of the people are still in the line up that is so long that its in the lobby. this is ridiculous. Short staffed. Bad service. No apologies. No explanation to why it's taking so long..

Westjet was slower than molasses in January. Thanks to their incompetence I missed my flight and caused massive delays. Thanks for ruining my holidays

Lots of parking spots with reasonable for short term and long term parking. Great experience from Westjst airline station. Hope see the expansion in various services in the future.

Air port is good, friendly staff, nice bathrooms. Had the worst experience with West Jet ever!

Booked a flight today in GP, It reminded me about the last time I booked with west jet. I had been in the phone with one of your staff members and he had planed out flights for me and I wrote them down. He told me to go to the counter inside the airport and I can book my flights. I got to the counter and showed the lady at the counter my flight numbers and she said those flights don't exist. So I had told her I need a round trip flight, I need to leave today and be back in 7 days. She tells me that there is a flight today for some amount of money I did care about the amount I needed to leave that day and I just got off night shift so I wanted to go to sleep. So when I handed her the money while I'm still holding on to it she grabs the money and I ask her when is my return flight? She say oh that's only one way and pulls the money out of my hand, I mention that I told her I needed a round trip and she say you already payed me with the money still in her hand not in the till not locked away I was rather up set. One of her coworkers who was watching realizes her mistake and turns around abruptly then leaves. So I had to pay for my return flight separately. Promised myself I would never fly west jet again.

Very helpful staff. The last time I was there the security was helpful as it was one of my kids' first flight. The security was helping her to understand why we need security this day and age.
