  I can only say great things about GRC. Blake has been my point man but when he hasn't been available the service from the rest of the staff has been top notch. Non pressure sales and honest feed back on the products they carry make for a great buying experience. I'm a big believer in supporting your local bike shop and I'm extremely happy that GRC is my LBS. I'm 3 bikes deep with GRC and am a very happy customer.

  I was stuck without a bike because it was stolen at City hall in Cambridge (locked up and everything). I visited the local shops and distributed flyers of my stolen bike - Grand River Cycle had no issue accepting the flyer. A few weeks later I started to check out new bikes to replace the stolen one. I visited many shops but could simply not find anything I really liked. I returned to Grand River Cycle and was helped very well. I looked at many bikes, rode a few without buying one that day. The staff was very friendly and did not push anything on me. I returned the next day and purchased a nice new Mountain bike from them. They even worked with me on a price lower then the suggested sale price which was lower than the MSRP. Well served, enjoy the bike and felt I was treated very well. Great place, great service, nice product!

  I've been here twice in the last week having issues with the quick release system on the front wheel of my bike. Both times I was given free parts and advice, so I will definitely be returning as a paying customer soon!

  Blake and team provide great service. Clean well stocked store. I have purchased 5 bikes there in the past few years and have been happy every with every experience.

  Grand River Cycle is the BEST place ever!!! Adam was so knowledgeable and no pressure - just helped put all of us into BEAUTIFUL new Townie bikes.
  He helped us with everything and installed our bike rack for us and was so patient with our daughters indecisiveness.
  Best experience in a very long time with a purchase - could not recommend these guys more - thank you Adam and your team for all that you do.

  Test rode a Trek Verve 2 and had to order in a different size. When it came in it had different gear shifters than what we test rode. Blake said not a problem and changed them right away. Great service.

  Had a great purchasing experience here. Bought my first bicycle in years from Grand River Cycle. Bill and Mike helped me pick and accessorize my bike, no pressure, but were around when I had questions. Blake set the bike up for me and was very helpful teaching me the clip pedals. Thanks a Bunch!!

  Both my husband and I have purchased a number of items from GRC over the course of a few years and have always had excellent service.
  My most recent purchase was a beautiful Liv Advance Avail endurance road bike. I was on my own and I've found that bike shop folks have a tendency to talk down to female purchasers. That wasn't the case here. The customer service was by far the best I've experienced in any bike shop. I was treated with respect as a female purchaser of my first road bike.. thank you Blake! I've only ever ridden mountain and touring bikes up to this point. I really appreciated the time they took to explain the mechanics of the bike and time and attention in setting up my bike.. thanks Mike! Their pricing was also competitive. I would definitely recommend these guys!!! I look forward to riding with your cycle group in the spring!
