Ordered a knife from these people and after 4 business days it was not shipped even though it said it was in stock. When I called they said it wasn't in stock so I opened a paypal claim to get my money back. I purchased something else months later and after 5 days they still didn't ship it out saying that because I previously opened a paypal claim that they would not ship out my order and when I asked to talk to the owner it took days and he still didn't call me back. What a waste of time this company is I would avoid at all costs!!! completely incompetent!!!

Just picked up an asg aw308 spring sniper rifle. I was considering the much more expensive aw338 gas sniper, but was surprised to have them tell me to stick with the cheaper spring model. They told me that it would be a waste of money to get basically the same gun. I rarely find shops that look out for the consumers best interest first, rather than commission or a quick sale. These guys kick ass! Even hooked me up with a sweet scope and bipod. Thanks again gorilla surplus! Ill be back again very soon!

I was excited to order from them for my first time! But I ordered last week and was told shipping happens 24-48 hrs and only got a email yesterday saying later that day or first thing in the morning! To be FINALLY shipped! Slow to reply with emails! These were gifts for Christmas � I'm utterly disappointed and may not order again from them!

We've been in a few times-- for guns and boots (killer boots for good prices)-- the staff have always been super friendly, patient (when we r not sure which guns to get and need to try a few) and knowledgeable- the gun prices are also great- love the store- the cat is cool too- :)

Top rate. Staff friendly and helpful. They know the products and want you to be satisfied with it when you leave the store. They dont just talk you into buying merchandise to make a quick sale and staff makes you feel like returning.

Shamus no longer works at the store. so now they cant find u parts. Tried to buy a hopup bucking not one in the store.. gotta go downtown. Wow. Im done shopping there. Its all online from now on. The ladies at the front of tge store are nice but that doesnt order the right parts. Need a knife sure, airsoft.. steer clear

Bought a G&G CM16 carbine from them they were kind enough to hold it for me till I was able to pick it up . The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, in the process of making a decision they gave me various options and even let me fire a few rounds to try it. I would definetly recommend them and I will be back for more gear and upgrades thanks again .
