Good place for me. Really convince location, drive for 5mins. It has a private women section that is the best thing I like. And really clean, at least I can see someone cleans the floor and collects the garbage every day!

Incredibly clean facility that seems to be maintained quite well. Taking one star off because some of the equipment like the barbells and weight plates are quite old.

Great Staff work here, plus it is open 24/7 which is pervert forbthose who like to go at their own pace. You really do not like working out with people breathing down your back for a machine that there are a few of and you can sense that they feel a person should relive themselves of one of the machines. The meanest and most crual are the ones who stare glaringly at persons who habe paid for a membership, just the same, same dollar amount and all is said and done. Now by the huffs, puffs, and the devilishly strained bloodshot eyes of a steroid using beast, you feel uncomfortable for your life as this beast may just follow you out to your car and attack in the most savagely induced way. Steroids are known to put people in strange quarters, and mane them loose themselves for the smallest of any persons actions.

This is the best Goodlife in London. I love the new renovations, the staff is excellent and there's plenty of equipment even during peak hours!

Before the recent re-model of the place, this goodlife must have been the best in London in my opinion. However, after they re arranged the equipment, it went from being one of the best to one of the worst easily. It literally looks like hurricane Katrina hit the place, no thought put into the layout of the equipment. The new layout honestly makes no sense, and super inconvenient. Now going to the Goodlife at Colonel Talbot just because of this.
