Glamorgan Community Kindergarten

We offer a 5 days a week program for the 10 month school year (September – June) which is over the 475 hours required by Alberta Education:

Morning Class: 9 – 11:45 am
Afternoon Class: 12:30 – 3:15 pm

Here are some benefits of our program:

- Small class sizes: maximum of 18 per class; usually smaller.
- New children’s visit: Your child will be invited to visit for 1 hour in June to get a taste of kindergarten.
- Home visits: Our teacher will visit your child in his/her home prior to the first day of school.
- Access to a small gymnasium in the church and playground nearby.
- Dynamic home reading program and early literacy program.
- iPads for children to use while investigating the wonderful world of letters and numbers.
- Access to a Speech Language Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist.
- Free t-shirt for your child to wear proudly at special events or on a daily basis.
- Wonderful field trips and presentations that your child will enjoy!
