  Ideal location. Very genuinely friendly and helpful staff, who are warm and welcoming. Very clean and fresh rooms. The bed and pillows are a bit lumpy but it's a budget hotel so overall it's more than acceptable. Not a fancy breakfast but better than most people would eat on a normal. Like this hotel very much

  Very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The staff ate especially helpful and nice. Definitely hoping to go there for work trip again

  I can honestly say that this hotel was the best one ever for this price range in so many ways. The room was quiet and comfortable, amenities aplenty. The front desk was very attentive and friendly. The pool was great fun for the kids (though no hot tub). The breakfast was excellent. The food just kept on being replenished:)

  Clean and nice rooms, friendly staff and a very nice garden. I was a fan of the drink dispenser at the front desk which you could get nice cold Iced tea on some days and lemon water on others! Refreshing, especially after a long day out. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating, I was suggest a few great local spots to check out and had a great day as a result. Would definitely go back to this hotel again

  We are renovating our home on the Sunshine Coast and at times during the finishing and I needed a place to stay. The Garden Hotel Staff, reception/reservations... Becca, Angie, Lien, housekeeping, kitchen and all... are very courteous and genuinely want to see to the needs of each guest. I stayed 3 weeks this past time and from beginning to end of my stay the front desk are helpful and go over and beyond. Room was very clean, had all the necessities. They accommodated my request for a desk area as well, even though a business room is also on site. Laundry room was very appreciated. Breakfast in the mornings always fresh and although basic just what is needed to start the day. Quiet at nights, and a lovely pool and garden. I had to stay longer than planned and much effort was taken to make sure I could stay in the same room. Another note is that they are methodically upgrading the rooms as well. Definitely recommend staying here, especially for the really good staff service.

  Just a couple minutes off from the ferry, the rooms were very nice and clean. They have a beautiful garden, and there's access to an indoor pool. My room also had a small kitchen with a small stove, range hood, mini fridge, and a sink. There's also complimentary breakfast in the morning.

  Great hotel. Service was good. Loved that we had a coffee machine and fridge in our room. Came with free breakfast but unfortunately we missed it. If we are Gibson's again we will definitely stay here again!

  Nice rooms. Amenities include indoor pool, sauna, weight room. Continental breakfast was very convenient and thankfully opened earlier than posted time otherwise I'd have to stop elsewhere on my way to work.

  Arrived a couple hours early and was allowed to check in right away. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Bed was super comfortable. The pool area was clean. Highly recommended. Will definitely return
